I used to hate all forms of exercise, now I bike all over the place, jog from time to time, attend Jazzercise class, take the stairs whenever possible, do Turbo Jam, and I'm doing some free weight exercises.

Hi darlin. Im still around.. been a very busy few months. Just took our son back up to spokane to the airport and then went to grand coulee. First time seeing the laser light show. was fun!! Hope your summer is off to a great start!!

I broke the platue.. I went to the biggest loser group list. I posted there about calories vs workouts... I upped my calories and maintained my workouts and have had a loss daily on the scale. Things are looking up! Still doing my weights Monday/Friday upper/lower. Then on Wed doing a body pump class. Ill do this routine for a month or so and switch it up. Whhoooo hoooo!! Huggs Dea

Are you keeping pretty strict with your diet and exercise? I blew it on Easter and the days following -- still trying to recover from this "train wreck!" :(
i used to weigh 200lbs, but i lost 50 through hard work at the gym. the last 20lbs have probably been through billy and then turbo jam. it's amazing how much one can lose. i never thought i'd lose that much ever... and you look back at your old photos and go, 'i can't believe that was me'. keep it up! and feel great working out! :)
Congrats on the 188 last Thurs! A near 25 inches too. Fantastic, and I'm sure you can do 179 by the end of March. Are you keeping a kind of a picture diary too?
I think I'm going to need some new clothes for summer! :)

That is a loss of 24.5 inches which absolutely amazes me. It will be so awesome to look back in a few months and see those numbers go down yet again!

Anyway, I think that you do have to be able to move faster in the Hip Hop Abs, there is a lot of changing moves but they are pretty good at helping you get through it. After the 3rd day I did much better but before that I was about to give it up because I felt like I wasn't getting a good enough work out.
But if you can memorize a dance routine you can do this. You just have to do it several times at first!
I like Turbo Jam too I just wish my knees were better so that I could do it!
